The promenade is now finished and extends all the way to Playa Honda. Where the old building was demolished there is now planting of wild flowers and shrubs. Lovely seats to sit and enjoy the Mar Menor and looking really lovely. They have done an excellent job!

A new promenade is being built along Playa Paraiso beach, which runs from Playa Honda to end of the beach by the village. It is a gravel promenade with posts to keep it within the conservation area. Lots of grasses and wild flowers are being planted for the birds, frogs and wildlife and the old building near to Playa Honda has at last been demolished! Rush matting fences and a hide are being installed alongside the beach side of the salinas to protect the wading birds and flamingoes and for watching the birds.

The beach has almost doubled in size and lots of sand has been delivered. A new path has been made down to the beach bar and it is all looking lovely! Look at the new pictures on the Photos page!

Three course meal including wine every night from 7pm 10.50 Euros . If you must have traditional fish and chips then its Friday, but be warned its vast Beryl and and I have one between us.
There is also line dancing to do or watch on Thursday its fantastic too.
Don't forget the Cabo de Palos market every Sunday! Magic or what fruit and veg that has such taste you will not believe.
